Process

Discovery

After filling out the Trip Form, we’ll grab a cup of coffee, hop on a phone call, or chat via email to understand your travel style, preferences, and any special requests you may have.

 

2.
Proposals

This is when you’ll receive itinerary proposals tailored to your wish list. We’ll work back and forth until we have the perfect itinerary before moving on to booking.

3.
Booking

Once we’ve designed the perfect itinerary we’ll make all reservations, deposits, arrangements, bookings, and put everything together for you on a fully accessible travel app.

 

4.
Bon Voyage

Here is the best part! You'll go on your adventure and we'll check in along the way to make sure all of the travel providers are taking the very best care of you.

Fees

In order to plan & arrange your travel, a design fee starting at $250 is required. This insures that you will get the attention and value you deserve. Each custom itinerary includes:

  • Discovery call

  • Itinerary Proposal + feedback consultations

  • Destination guidance + in-travel assistance

  • COVID entry requirement guidance

  • Transportation

  • Custom app

Hotel Only:

  • Fee often waived if you know what hotel/room type you desire and simply want to take advantage of the extra amenities we can provide.

Airfare:

  • $50 per person

We will work with our travel partners across the globe to ensure you receive VIP treatment (upon availability), which often include the following:

• Complementary daily breakfast
• $100 resort credit
• Upgrades upon arrival

  • Starting at $250

    This package is suited for 4-7 day Mexico or Caribbean trips up to 4 travelers. The package includes hotel comparison quotes, transfers and airfare assistance.

  • Starting at $375

    This package is best suited for 7-10 day multi-leg trips with full custom planning for up to 4 travelers.

  • Prices vary based on complexity, group size and trip length. Please reach out for additional information.
